IN A HURRY? TRY THIS QUICK AND EASY EVERYDAY SMOKEY EYE!
- Get a dark colored eye shadow pencil and put it on like it was eyeliner. This can be messy!
- Get a fluffy eye shadow brush and blend the color out. This might take some time, and if you want to make it more smokey, you can blend it with a brown shade.
- Add a thick eyeliner (think Adele) and mascara!
