Working out in the morning can be tough, and making it all the way to the gym can be tougher.
That’s why I like to do something simple and short in the morning, but packs a punch. This morning workout does just that!
The best way to do this workout is to jump out of bed, throw on some work out clothes and grab some water, and then start! If you wake up and just do it, there is no suffering.
It’s important to stretch right when you wake up, so you can get the most out of your workout. I like jogging in place before starting the rounds. This gets your heart rate going and warms up your body.
Jumping jacks are my favorite cardio because if you do it right, you can really focus on your abs and inner thighs.
Lunges are honestly the hardest thing for me. I take a lot of time to get through 3o of them.
I also have noticed that squats seem difficult at first, but after a few days they are so easy and effective!

I’ve heard that morning workouts are the most effective so I will try to give it a try. I’m specifically saying “try” because I am not a morning person ;))

Haha! I feel you there, I recently have become one!
I like doing morning workouts because you can get it over with and its less likely you will back out .
Like after work and everything I always make the excuse that I am too tired to work out

For sure! I like to do it before everything I have to do in a day so I still have some energy

Okay – this is awesome – fun and totally doable! I try to do a workout first thing and then cardio in the PM. Cardio is usually forgotten. lol
Thanks for sharing (and for linking up to the #SHINEbloghop).
Wishing you a lovely day.

I hate cardio, that’s why I try to get it over like ripping a bandaid! Haha
