Today’s video is another healthy living video!
In this video, I do three different healthy snack recipes.
The recipes are Yogurt Bark, Oatmeal Protein Bars and Banana Ice Cream.
These are the ingredients need for each recipe:
Yogurt Bark:
Greek Yogurt (whatever flavor, I used plain)
Bananas
Strawberries
Oatmeal Protein Bars:
1/2 Cup of Oats
1/2 Cup of Milled Flax Seed
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup of Honey
2/3 Cup of Roasted Coconut
1 tsp of Chia Seeds
1/2 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
Banana Coffee Ice Cream
1 frozen banana
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of coffee
