Welcome to my progress week 3! Next week I will add pictures of my progress, but this week I was really stressed out, and I didn’t get a chance to log everything, so this will be slightly different than my last two update posts.
I have not worked out much this week, unfortunately. I did a ab circuit on Monday, but I kinda dropped the ball after that. I plan on going to the gym in the morning and afternoon this weekend to make up for it.
I have been eating a lot of red meat and pork substitutes, like chicken sausage and ground chicken. I actually like turkey bacon more than I like regular bacon, so it is a win for me!
I have dropped a pound this week none the less, and I feel really great about myself. I know I haven’t lost enough for people to notice, but I feel great! I love just being more active, it really clears my head!
I also have been drinking so much different tea! If you have any tea suggestions, let me know because I am an addict!
I am so excited for the next two months as far as content goes.
