I have been using the treadmill more and more lately, and I will be the first to admit, I hate running! However, I want my cardio to get my heart rate pumping!

I feel like I would absolutely suck at doing this because I hate going on the treadmill! It could be fun for a little change up to my usual workout routine though, especially because I normally go on the elliptical.
