What I Eat in A Day – Meal Planning in May
Breakfast – Egg white muffins and strawberries
Lunch – Caesar salad
Dinner – Tilapia on corn and bean salad
I have been meal planning all of April, and I am starting a clean eating challenge in May!
Meal planning has made it easier for me to live my life and still be healthy! I want to do some more posts on how I meal plan, so if you have any questions, please let me know so I can answer them in future.

I am excited for this challenge because it includes a lot of vegetables that I have never tried before, so I really wanted to share everything I learn in healthy cooking!
