I have never been one to really enjoy breakfast. If I could eat breakfast the way I wanted to, I would just have a cup of coffee.
I have been trying to change my habits ever since I went all in for my weight loss, and I know breakfast is really important in maintaining a healthy metabolism.
When I first lost 30 pounds, I had oatmeal every morning for breakfast. Oatmeal is very filling, and it really kept my full all day long.
I thought with this next effort to lose the weight, I would do the same. This time around, I tried to mix it up. This is my first attempt at a homemade oatmeal. I would really like to branch out and try more recipes, but this one is so tasty that it is great for now!
Ingredients:
1 cup of Water
1/4 cup of Old Fashioned Oats
1 Banana
