When it comes to working out, I am great at getting my abs and glutes started, but my arms are always a no-go. Because of this, I have created an arm HIIT arm challenge to help burn arm fat and tone!
My family’s body type is an hourglass, so getting toned tummies is easy – but getting toned arms is a struggle!
HIIT is great because not only does it burn fat while you are working out, it keeps going after the workout is complete!
This is great for beginners because it requires no weights and little space. You can do this workout about anywhere!
Plus, this HIIT arm challenge only takes about 25 minutes to complete!
