I am a huge fan of scary movies, and every October I strive to watch a new scary movie every day. Whenever I meet someone who hasn’t seen the classics, it takes every fiber in my being to not force them to watch them right then and there.
I firmly believe every person should watch every movie based on a Stephen King book (even the bad ones). And, I think sequels can be classics in the horror realm (but not big fans of 3s,4s, and so on).
The thing I love about scary movies is that they are never truly bad. They can be scary; they can be campy; or they can be hilarious.
Even the worst scary movie forces you to feel some kind of emotion (even if it’s laughter because it’s ridiculous).
