When I am able to take something from the frozen aisle and turn it into an easy delicacy – that’s when I feel accomplished.
I am so excited to work with Michael Angelo’s to provide yet another recipe that is perfect for girl bosses on the go and moms with a lot on their plate.
For starters, I get tired of food so easily. The only cuisine that I can eat on days without end is Mexican food, and even eventually, I get sick of that. I love Italian food, but I never necessarily have the time to make an Italian dish.
This is where Michael Angelo’s at Walmart comes in. You can find Michael Angelo’s in the frozen aisle, and be sure to take a look at their ingredients lists. It is full of words you CAN pronounce and can find in your kitchen.
You can also get FREE Michael Angelo’s with Ibotta!
They also have a wide selection of meals inspired by Italian traditions. They are also free of artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners.
My two favorite picks are the Chicken Bruschetta Meal Starter and the Chicken Parmigiana. They are both easy options for me to have Italian at home. I get home from work, preheat the oven, get in my comfty clothes and EAT!
You can cook Michael Angelo’s meal in the oven or microwave – but I love how my house smells when I cook it in the microwave.
After eating their meals for a while, I really wanted to experiment and make something inspired by my favorite Michael Angelo’s meal. I love spaghetti subs and chicken parm subs – so I thought I should put them together!
I created the Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich, and it has been a crowd pleaser! It is amazing served with a caesar salad, and it has become a weekly meal in my household.
