If you are working on your quarantine glow up, you might be up to a challenge. I created this social distancing workout for myself to stay active during this time.
This social distancing workout does not include burpees – which I think is a selling point. Maybe one day I’ll love burpees, but right now, I am just not into it. And finding motivation at home is hard enough, I don’t need to also add my most hated fitness move to it.
I will be revealing more about my self-quarantine glow up later this month, so be sure to follow me to see that post. Aside from working in an extremely intense field, I am able to be at home during this time.
Let’s just say the first week of working from home included me working from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. every day. We are stopping that this month – because as you can imagine, it was not great on my mental health.

If you really want to get into this challenge, also do the following:
Drink 80 ounces of water a day
Eat one serving of vegetables with every meal
Write down one thing you love about yourself every day
The Social Distancing Workout Challenge
Now, let’s get into the workout.
There are basically four different workouts that you follow over a month period. I like sticking to the same things for an entire month because it stays in my memory.
You will also notice that on Sunday, you will complete 30 minutes of light activity. This can be anything from a walk to cleaning the house – just make sure you are moving.
Before each workout, make sure you warm-up for 5 minutes. I have an exercise bicycle that I used for 5 minutes before each workout.
