I have began to read Anonymous Sources by Mary Louise Kelly for my super intense journalism class. My book report is due Wednesday.
First let me say, I AM SO HAPPY I PICKED THE BOOK!
All the other choices were nonfiction, which I also love, but I do not have the capability to read and comprehend nonfiction as well as I can fiction in 5 days.
It is a murder-mystery novel.
Anyways, the book is full of very small chapters. Some chapters are in the point of view of the reporter, some the cop, some the editor, some the villain, and basically just all the characters.
It is VERY VERY film noir, even though it is a novel. I can see it in my head as I am playing.
It takes place in Boston at Harvard. So far it si kinda really cheesy, just like all film noir, but I kinda like that style, so I am digging it.
Also, it is fun to see what we talk about in class in a novel, so that is neat.
I don’t have much to say since I am only 100 pages in. I will let you know when I finish the book!
