Bored during quarantine? Try one of these

If you missed it, I released my 30-day social distancing challenge. This is a great program to get you through this month – and it is burpee free.
For my program, if you are just starting out and you can’t do the full 4 sets – that’s okay. Promise to commit just 30 minutes to the program per day, and you will eventually be able to get through it!
However, if you do better with classes, try one of these free workouts:
Core Power Yoga has free practices on its website.
Barre3 and The Bar Method are free for 15 days.
Daily Burn offers a 60-day free trial of the Daily Burn’s sleek at-home classes, with a variety of specialties such as postnatal.
Gold’s Gym has 600 audio and video classes on the Gold’s Amp app, which is free until May 31.
