This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.
After following the Always Eat After 7 p.m. Book for an entire month, I am now down 14 pounds! This is an actual shock to me because I have been trying to get down my last 20 for about 6 months now with very little progress.
When I started on day 1, I really didn’t expect to feel this good, inside and out. I feel so much happier and lighter.
I think the biggest thing I got from this book goes beyond dieting. This book taught me a lot about my general health and how taking care of yourself should always be the priority.
While I was restricting certain food groups, I never had to cut one completely out, and I was always thinking about the big picture.
“Avoiding carbohydrates and restricting calories later in the day can have an adverse effect on your thyroid hormones, which play a major role in metabolism. When the thyroid fails to secrete enough of the hormones that control metabolism, this can trigger symptoms like fatigue, depression, weight gain, thinning hair, and dry skin,” the book says.
And I feel like after doing certain diets that did restrict food groups all together, my metabolism did slow, and I dealt with a lot of adverse side effects.
I did not have that problem with this book.
Yes, some days were more like, “Okay Taylor, if you can just eat healthy today, you binge on french fries on your cheat day.” But for the most part, this has been a natural transition into more intuitive eating.
I feel confident that I can keep this up for my entire life, and just choose to make more conscious decisions about what I am eating about 80 percent of the time.
The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good
